Basics: Terminology
A oneall Account Holder may have many Sites, each of which contains the Social Plugins, reports and settings of a specific website. Through the Social Plugins that have been deployed on the website, new users will be able to sign up.
These users will be added to the pool of Social Users and their social network profile will be stored in a Social Identity.
Terminology
Account Holder
Assuming you have a oneall account, then the Account Holder is you!
Site
Each Account Holder may create as many Sites as he wants. A Site is simply a container for the plugins, reports and settings of a specific website. If you are using our services on just one website, you will probably just create one Site. If you have more than one website, create one Site for each of them.
Social Analytics
With the Social Analytics Feature you can track trends in site registrations, returning visitors, social posts and resulting referral traffic. You can determine which social networks are popular amongst your users and tailor your registration experience to maximize conversions.
Social Plugins
By using the plugin wizards of your account, you can create new Social Plugins. Social Plugins are small blocks of Javascript that can be easily embedded into your website. Through these plugins, users may login to your website by using their social network account and share content with their friends.
Social Users
Social Users
The Social Login Plugin enables users to use their existing social network account to login or sign-up on your site. After having signed up, the user will be stored as Social User. Our system will provide a consistent User ID, enabling you to create a new user account in your own database or tie the Social User to an existing legacy account.
Social Identities
A Social Identity contains the user profile retrieved from a social network. If a new user signs up by using Facebook, our system will add a new Social User, wrap the Facebook profile and store it in a Social Identity attached to this user.
By using the Social Link Plugin, you can tie multiple Social Identities to the same Social User. This user can then sign in to your website by using each of these identities.
